Preserving and restoring local heritage

Recent heritage, blown around by the sea air, the reconstruction buildings require special care. Regular maintenance of building structure and façade decorations helps retain authenticity. Refacing  and restoration work, mainly undertaken by co-ownership management offices are supervised by the City council, the French Buildings Architect (Architecte des Bâtiments de France) and help local firms improve their know-how when dealing with concrete.
